Action Description

Connecting startup companies to C-level talent is critical to ensuring initial success and continued expansion.  Entrepreneur in Residence and Manager in Residence programs offer C-level talent to new and expanding companies.  A pool of C-level talent in the region needs to be identified and recruited to assist companies, and funding needs to be in place to pay for their services.
